Summary:
At the request of Lake Nona Land Company, LLC, ("Lake Nona"), Lake Nona and OUC have agreed to amend an existing Orlando Utilities Commission Utility Easement Agreement granted by Lake Nona on December 6, 2006. This amendment is to move the location of the previously granted OUC water test well easement to a new location and release the original water test well easement. Since no wells have been constructed by OUC on the old easement yet, no wells or related facilities will need to be re-located as a result of the amendment. The new easement is located west of the intersection of Tindall Road and Narcoosee Road. |

Approved and authorized the Mayor/Mayor Pro Tem and City Clerk to sign the Amendment to Utility Easement Agreement, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
